We are Honored to Offer Our Services to You

All classes and services will include a short introduction to pranayama (yogic control breathing techniques), guided healing meditation and graduate relaxation techniques, as well as applications of essential oils for calming aromatherapy benefits that lead to blissfulness and stillness at the end of each yoga practice.  Our studio has yoga mats and other props such as blocks, straps, blankets, and chairs available for you to use for modifications.

Hip and Heart Opening Flow

This class is designed to awaken your inner radiance and prepare you for the day ahead. Experience the benefits of waking up to yoga with this energizing flow! Set an intention for your day as you breathe, stretch, and move with ease and awareness. Join us as we salute the sun and open our hearts in this early morning practice! This class weaves asana (yoga postures), pranayama (yogic control breathing techniques), and meditation into every practice. All levels are welcome!

Restorative Class

Restore and relax with this gentle yoga practice. There is a calm, restorative theme to this series, and as such it is beginner friendly. The slower pace and deep breathing  that you get in a restorative yoga class triggers the parasympathetic nervous system and mitigates the effects of stress. In this practice we use props and the prolonged holding of a few basic postures to release deeper tension in your body.  We integrate sound healing in this practice and use the therapeutic sound of 14 Tibetan bowls and bamboo wind chimes.

Yoga Blend

This class is designed to encourage students to honor themselves in that exact place in time on the mat. Both beginners and advanced students will benefit alike.  Sequences such as basic sun salutations are introduced, with variations, so that students can learn appropriate modifications for their personal practice. This class includes standing and a floor-based practice. Learn to synchronize movements with breath and open into greater vitality, health, and balance. Short guided meditation is offered at the end of the class.

Vinyasa Power Yoga

This dynamic and strengthening yoga practice will challenge your body and mind. Students with prior yoga experience and athletes are suggested to take this class and test their body through a vigorous flow that moves students from one posture to the next. The purpose of this yoga flow is to create heat, which cleanses and detoxifies the body. This class is also intended to  build core strength and increase your balance and flexibility! Break a sweat and have some fun with this challenging practice!

Meditation Classes

The mind, like a wild horse, runs wildly, thinking between 25,000 to 50,000 thoughts in a day. Scientists say that many of those thoughts are negative and are repeated from the previous day.  Also proven is the connection between thoughts and reality -what we think is what we attract into our lives. Controlling a restless mind brings clarity, calm, and creativity into lives.  When the mind is quiet, we learn to be present and live our lives with greater wakefulness and compassion. Meditation helps our brain to be a powerful tool for critical thinking and decision making. Now Yoga Bliss offers meditation classes for both beginners and practicing meditators. Classes include healing meditation, following the breath meditation, visualization meditation, and mantra meditation. Each class starts with beginning breath work and guided relaxation followed by one of these four meditation techniques. 

This class is open for sign-ins only $20 (pay cash or check).

Private Classes

Private sessions allow us to tailor teaching to your specific desires and inquiries. Private yoga lessons are the best way to address your goals and work on areas of individual interest. We are offering this service at our studio or at your home.  Private sessions are an excellent way to begin your own yoga practice. Develop your confidence by learning the fundamentals of yoga at your own pace. Ask questions when you like, take your time learning poses, rest when you need to, and receive the individualized attention that you may not feel comfortable asking for in a group setting. Private classes are a great way to address any injury or condition that you may not feel comfortable addressing in a group setting.  When you work with a teacher one on one, the teacher is able to help you experience the benefits of yoga in a safe, personal way.

Private classes start at $60 per hour.  Prices are vary depending on class length and location.

Corporate Yoga Services

Corporate Yoga classes are a great way to improve workplace morale, increase productivity and bring everyone together to do something fun as a group. 

 FACT: For every $1 invested in workplace wellness, a company can expect $3 in cost savings or benefits (U. of Michigan Research Center).

FACT: Employees who report a high degree of stress in their lives miss twice as many work days as employees who report a low degree of stress (Conference Board of Canada). 

Yoga Benefits for Businesses: Increased productivity and job satisfaction; reduced health care costs, staff turnover and employee absenteeism; more respect for senior management and more attractive to potential employees. Yoga Benefits for Employees: Reduced stress, anxiety and depression; increased energy and decreased fatigue; stronger muscles; increased focus, flexibility, and concentration; improved memory, posture, and overall health. Single 60 minute classes for fewer than 15 participants can be booked at a rate of $185/class. Yoga Parties

Yoga Parties have become very popular!  They offer a great way to bond while nurturing your mind, body, soul, and friendships! Yoga parties provide a fun and healthy alternative to any get together. You can turn practically any party into a yoga party: a birthday party, girl's night out, social get together, bachelorette party, or bridal shower are just some ideas to connect with loved ones, friends, or co-workers. All yoga parties will include a certified yoga instructor and the ability to customize the class to your liking.  The yoga class can be energetic and vigorous, gentle and restorative, or something in between. The yoga class will be made to suit all levels from beginners to the more advanced yoga practitioners. A typical yoga party includes yoga, guided relaxation, application of essential oils, and a time to socialize with friends and family. Parties are usually offered on Friday evenings - Sunday afternoons. Private parties start at $155 for 1.5 hr class (up to 12 guests), 2 hrs class is $200.  Additional guests are $10/each.

Anastasia's classes are always excellent! She instructs in a way that is challenging for the beginner and advanced student alike with variations for every posture.
